What a complete faarkwit, he's doing It for the club and players but it's against their wishes because he knows better.

I wonder whether Little can also survive this.

Of course Little will survive, who do you think is footing the bill for Hird?

That's my first thought ... semantics.

So I assume the announcement of Bomber as coach is imminent? ... or will he squeeze an extra zero from Little's $900M using the Suns as the wedge?

Hird is defiantly stating he's still the coach.

Surely he's not stupid enough to legally launch against the club? ... Yep, he is.

He will turn EVERY Essendon supporter against him at this rate.

Figjamous Incrediblous ...

Little just held a quick presser ... Hird is still the coach but the Board will be meeting asap.

I'd guess they've told Hird to go and he's thrown his usual legal bombs, so they want to be squeaky clean in removing him.

If they wait until next week, then they will probably lose Bomber to the Suns.

Chairman Paul Little said on Thursday that the board would meet again over the weekend or early next week to discuss the strategy going forward.

"The board intends meeting again either over the weekend or very early next week and we will then determine the strategy going foward but at this point in time there's nothing further to report to you," said Little.

whats he honestly think will happen if he stays coach? He'll only be there because he's threatened the club with legal action. The administration will hate him, the players won't respect him, a few players would get out of their contracts....he's got no reason to stay...
