Fixture released for 2014 :

Home games :
Adelaide,Brisbane,Geelong,Fremantle,Hawthorn,St.Kilda,Bulldogs,Essendon,Melbourne,Sydney,Carlton
Away games :
Carlton,North,West Coast,GWS,Melbourne,Sydney,Adelaide,Richmond,Collingwood,GC,Fremantle

DOUBLE UP TEAMS IN BOLD
Looks to be a good crowd puller* at AO with Geelong,Hawthorn,Essendon,Sydney and Carlton coming to town. ( Hawthorn, Essendon and Sydney all 7:10pm Saturday night)

Double up games against Adelaide, Fremantle, Melbourne,Sydney and Carlton.
Would expect Adelaide and Carlton to be around Port on the ladder.
Would expect Fremantle and Sydney to be above Port.
Melbourne will be below us, so I'm pretty happy with the double up games, pretty fair result.

I quite like next seasons draw- provides (imo) reward for a solid 2013.

The draw is obviously tougher (expected)- given the only bottom 4 side we play twice is melbourne. Doubles against Grand Finalist Fremantle and Preliminary Finalist Sydney will definately test us.

Am personally happy with the timeslots- we have only recieved 3 x saturday 1:10-1:15 timeslots and a few saturday afternoon twilights- great for me as I didnt get to many games last year and will be looking to get to 9-10 this year. 3 saturday night games and the friday night games I expect a good crowd.

Would have liked us to perhaps get 2 games at the G- but we can't expect everything- another solid season this year may see us press further for that in 2015.

As Boon mentioned- some really good sides coming here to play, which should see us generate (hopefully) good sized crowds, Hoping to average 30-35k.

Pretty happy overall.

Facebook update with a statement from the club confirming Richardson will not be at the PAFC in 2014.

A loss no doubt, but we did pick up Phil Walsh who, since 2001, has been part of premierships at Port Adelaide and the West Coast. So we lose someone verh highly respected and regain someone who is also highly credentialled.

Shaun Rehn would be the best fit to come back into the fold given the lateness of Richardson's move.
Walsh moves into Richardsons role
