Vince and Walker in
Jaensch and Lynch out

This will be the first time we have played Sydney in a final in Adelaide. We beat them in a final Sydney during our premiership run in 1998.

Great game that one... Brett James nailed Darryn Creswell and somehow didn't get reported and Sydney lost the plot. Was very heavy conditions that night too.

The only worry i have is Goodes up forward, just means our midfield needs to fire. See what happened last time we played them.

Massive game, we have no excuses as we have our best side on the park.

Vince and Walker IN for Lynch and Jaensch.

A Reily to most likely to be the sub.

Crows are in this.

If they don't have anything to do with the media crap.

They are in this.

To be #1 you must assume the identity of #2.

Never underestimate the opposition....

Heath Grundy will be a big loss for the Swans, it will mean that Lewis Roberts Thompson will most likely go back which robs them of a Forward option. Goodes and Jetta have dropped a bit of form. They're last couple of losses will prove to costly as the Crows with inclusions of Vince and Walker will be too strong. Crows by 27 points...

The diffrence between our current side and the side in the mid 2000's imho is this side doesn't try to be a side others don't know about in terms of a new game style. We play a very deliberate very predictable brand and win lots of tough footy.
If the crows win the tough footy and play on to the first option they will win today. Don't get sucked in and intimidated by the swans structures because they will always make you kick to a contest.

Sydneys cramping style game didnt allow our game to be played today, still, thats what you have to do in finals, stop the opposing side from dominating, Sydney done that well today, we can get around them in the GF next time we meet

On the plus side they were a 10goal better side.and we lost by 5.our degence i thought were ok.and will need to be again.i think we need to clear out the forward line and let our 2power forwards do their thing.

Tippet hasn't been presenting as well since his concussions.
He may do better at CHF - and he kicks better on the run than from set shots too.

I suspect we need Walker at FF and another marking player forward so he can't be easily double teamed.
It is no good relying on good delivery to small forwards in finals.

I'm not one to call for the supposed traitors to be put up against the wall but really you've got to start to question whether to bother persisting with Tippett. The guy just disappears way too often for my liking.

I've probably forgotten more football than you'll ever know. I'm not trying to cause any trouble I'm a Crows supporter just not a 'one-eyed all our boys are fabulous' types.

Inside 50s.

Crows had 57 for 5 goals.
Swans 37 for 11 goals.

. Fair enough. It does appear you have forgotten quite a bit by your comments. wondering who we should play as our other key forward and backup ruckman if tippet gets let go?
