Gives more room for Talia to grow and be a very good CHB IMO!
Unfortunate that we lose a top 10 pick but we all knew that this was going to happen.

At least we know which one out of Davis, Walker and Vince is going nice and early. Find it quite funny that Walker was the certainty the whole way through in most peoples eye's yet it know appears he will be staying with the club. As for Davis................ lets hope the dodgy shoulders continue

But they can take 2 uncontracted players can't they ??
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

Davis is the one I'm least concerned about losing of the three.
I think we do have adequate replacements.

I agree, I think that a Walker is much harder to replace and he is a talent, not saying Davis isnt but CHB's that play his style of game are more readily available, players like Walker who can do the "freak" things and win you games are rare IMO.

Good luck to the bloke. Adds to the list of high draft picks that can't wait to get back east and lets not forget that this is a buisness, not a sport with loyalty and mateship the highest priority. And as stated he is the easy one to cover.

Talia is a FB IMO, not really a CHB.

I had visions of Talia FB, Davis CHB, Thompson 3rd tall, so much for that. You'd imagine Young and Sellar might be returning now.

Well I'd still get rid of Sellar, 5 years of nothing.

CHB: Young, Talia, Jaensch
FB: Johncock, Rutten, Martin

Something like that, although I'd like to see McKernan trialed at CHB over the last 5 weeks.

Call me crazy but I'd actually like to see him as a forward. Strong hands and knows where to be.

I was under the impression they were planning to use him in a midfield role??

This is a bad blow but thankfully they had been drafting talls for a few years so we do have other options

A fit, motivated and firing Walker at face value will have more impact on us than Davis at CHB

It's still a bad blow :(
