Oh yeah but looking at the other games, it's hard for no team to not be affected.

Could I safely assume Geelongs first final would be on the Friday or Saturday and not Sunday then?
Looking at booking flights and accom and wanted to come back on the Sunday.

Coll and geel get the extra days rest. Fair enough i suppose.
Their games would be on the Saturday you'd think. Given Carlton hawks and west coast all play on the Saturday too.

I'd say so. Friday night or Saturday night as they will give Collingwood ( top spot ) the Saturday afternoon slot at the G, I'd think.

Ports game is on Fathers Day*, wonder if that will affect the crowd at all.
I'll be there as it's a Glenelg aligned Auskick game, so should be good fun heading out onto the oval at half time.
*insert Port & knowing their Fathers joke here.

Yeah I think there will be an elimination final on the fri night, the two qualifying finals on sat and then the other elimination final on the Sunday

It will be your traditional finals weekend. No Richmond.

Hey CoverKing do you even remember Richmond making the finals in your lifetime? Isn't being a Westies fan enough punishment for you?

Haha tell me about it. I did the stats for the bloods when we lost to the doggies in the GF in 03. Actually sat in the coaches box for a bit of it.
But I remember watching Richmond beat essendon in rd 22 to seal a top 4 spot and we then lost the next week to the bombers (we were gifted that top 4 spot) haha and that's about my only finals memories!
Luckily I played in around 5 or 6 premierships in a row myself to make up for it
