Craig, Hart, Bickley, Clarke, Campo

Worst coaching group ever put together? I think so.

Listening to Bickley's half time interviews makes me want to harm myself.

Craig is hopeless, and his group of assistants are all freaking hopeless and no doubt only ever tell him what he wants to hear.

No they would tell him. But it is his way or no way.
This will not change

Only heard this 2nd hand but apparently Steven Trigg was on 3AW on the weekend and said "The Crows next coach will most likely come from within"

Well then thats 3 more wasted years ahead.

If Bickley gets the job I will become a Power supporter and I mean that! Loved the bloke as a footballer but as a coach he couldnt sell hot pies to eskimo's

Agreed, if Bickley is our next coach, honestly I think I'd just about be done.

i just want to see what neil can do with the side when these boys become men. we had a window in 2005/2006, and now its kids vs men, and in 3 years if we cant challenge, sure sack him.

Well if that's his line of thinking and we could guess his sorry "yes men/woman" of a board who seem to be as spell bound with his bull5hit as much as they are with Prof. Craic yes Craic because he is a joke, then maybe he should go as well and sooner rather than later.

I agree with you mate. Craigy is right when he says Adelaide has a talented list. It just lacks hardness and experience. Once lads like Sloane, Jaensch, Jacobs, Thompson, Wright, Smith, Mackay, Dangerfield, McKernan, Petrenko, Martin, Tippett, Walker, MacKay get to around 100 games, that's when you'll start to see the results come.

It's gonna be a lean time for a while, but you've gotta take heart from the 'little' moments. For example today, Sloane's goal, Petrenko's work through the middle, McKernan crashing the packs trying to get something happening, Dangerfield's efforts in the pocket to set up that goal in the first. These are all signposts to a brighter future IMO.

Benny loved you as a footballer mate but you gave us no insight at all in your interview during the game.

Anyone got a broom?

What do you expect when you take a pack of unqualified mutes and give them coaching jobs?

Would any of this group go and coach in the SANFL or do some hard yards elsewhere? Is this a case of jobs for the boys? Campo has coached at other AFL club but possibly took this gig as a way to come home rather than a real desire to test his coaching. Not sure his influence on our midfield has been positive. Would Mickan, Bassett, Massie, Godden be a group with greater coaching skill & experience?

It all reminds me of Norwood before Nathan Basset became coach... :(

I think some sort of clean out is needed, if I was on the Adelaide board I'd be pushing for someone like Neil Balme, Paul Roos or Leigh Matthews to come over now, do a review until the end of the year, and present to the board a new structure of the football dept. If Adelaide decide on a younger coach I think it's important that there is an older, experienced Footy Operations manager in place, again Balme, Roos or Matthews would fit this bill. Change is desperately needed and fast.
