Talk on the national game

Carlton v Port Adelaide - Sunday at 1610

Postby Dirko » Mon May 30, 2011 12:24 pm

Come on down Blue Baggers....

Which Blue Boys are heading into this game ?

Port Power kindly posted me 10 tickets so I can go with Carlton people and support the Blues !

Thanks Port !

Add that to the 6 tickets the SANFL gave me, and there's guaranteed 16 Carlton people there.

The crowd should be OK, Carlton have a good base over here, and there's a few coming over from Melbourne for it.

We may even out number the PAP's....

The Carlton backline has been hit by injury, Laidler is out, Russell is doubtful as is Duigan.

Henderson has found a bit of touch for the Ants, Houlihan may be a go, and Warnock should be right.

Line 'em up like this;
FF Garlett, O'hAilpin, Betts
HF Robinson, Henderson, Waite
C Simpson, Judd, Carrazzo
HB Walker, Jamison, Scotland
FB Yarran, Thornton, Armfield

R Warnock, Gibbs, Murphy

INT Houlihan, Ellard, McLean

SUB Joseph

And what an exciting clash this is promising to be. In fact all of round eleven is a big fat zero. Check out the fixture!

Couldnt give a toss who's playing who in this round...Port v Carlton all i care about

Dont think we have much of a chance but you never know and these games where your playing a half decent team and jag a win are the best. Maggies v Sturt beforehand as well, just hoping for some good weather.

I shall be attending the Carlton Luncheon pre-game as well courtesy of a Carlton tragic mate!

Might hammer the brews to sit with the blues :)

I am going with my 3 year old son who idolizes Juddy and is very excited about going. Does anyone know when and where Carlton is training on Saturday?

If thats the case i would think Glenelg would be a perfect place for Carlton to train, im sure Sticks still has keys to the place!
