Nah they wont sack him. Jobs his until he quits, but he would definately be feelin the heat this week.
Have their first away game next week with a toughie against carlton at etihad, followed by saints and dees so it could get ugly for them

Afraid he is not the messiah he thinks he is.
Lucky for him he changed his own employment structure so only he decides when he goes. Perhaps he should decide that soon if the crows keep performing like they have since the bye.

Any other AFL club he would've been pushed out long ago

For some reason crows fans and the club alike want to stick with him!

Seriously, im sure EVERYONE remembers the power being labelled chokers, the crap Mark Williams copped etc, well WTF has Craig done?!?!

Oh wow he wins H&A games  counts for F**KING nothing! He has just as many premierships to his name as bloody Damien Hardwick.. difference is, Hardwick will prob win one sooner!!

remember bomber thompson early? i remember going to a crows game thinking wed win. what now?let the guy build his club. i can see signs.its just gotta click together at the same time. plus the more game time in our youngsters will be great aswell. the crows remind me of a young cats side.tonight showed that. only for 1/4 but the dynamic is there.

I really doubt Mick would move to Adelaide at this stage of his career. No harm in asking though

Not much (experienced) depth at Crowland. And as I predicted pre-season this could very well be a one step back kind of year as it is much harder to go in for a full year without Edwards, McLeod, Goodwin and Burton than it is to last all year without those seasoned players. While Port fans should be delighted at the moment the question they should be asking themselves is why they only turn up to play just the one opponent. They are like Freo used to be like which is not a good look.

I have to admit a big part of me died in terms of supporting the Crows when they blew those two great years in '05 & '06. Couldn't even get a GF appearance out of either of those years. Minor premiers in '05 and perhaps the most dominant first half to a season I've ever seen in '06 until the Richmond game all for nothing and we've been slowly going downhill ever since. The club should've started rebuilding a long time ago and paid the price last season hanging on to legends too long.

Craig should go at the end of the season hasn't done jack in the last five years. He has a poor record in finals, flogs them too hard on the track which lead to all those injuries before the start of last season and it just lacks imagination and is too conservative coaching during games, that finals loss to Hawthorn in '07 I think it was still pisses me off but really that was just the beginning of the end for that Crows era.

I'll take it further. Any other AFL club and he wouldn't have been appointed in the first place.

I feel sorry for the poor bugger. I mean every time Adelaide loses another 'sack Craig' thread goes up in his honour.

Clarko's been putting up with that for 2 years and he has a far superior record to Craig. That is the nature of the beast, it's an environment that demands success in order to achieve longevity, and Craig needs to start putting the bacon on the table.
