Mal

Reason is if your not training on a wet or soggy surface, runners reduce the risk of over-use injuries such as stress fractures, shin splints, especially if the training session is a lot of end to end or continuous running

Makes sense.
But on TV the lions stated it was because of playing at T/DOOM this week.

If you turn sharply in runners you can twist a joint and get injured as well SD

I dont want to start...................This post was a stir on my behalf.

As an athlete also, I concur that this is true - I've been training in sneakers aswell, recently.

similar to conventional ankle taping i think but i will stand corrected on this as i had to do this about 3 years ago due to my Podiatrist **** things up

need to pull the arch of your foot upwards and outwards and thats all i can remember
