AINT KILDA V POOF POWER

Talk on the national game

AINT KILDA V POOF POWER

Postby mal » Sun Jul 23, 2006 4:21 pm

What an emphatic win to the mighty 'aints.

Despite

PP having no Brogan.
pp having tredrea pull out today injured.
pp having to travel further.
pp being robbed in front of goals with poor umpiring decisions.
pp making so many unforced errors.
sk only having a 26 point lead at 1/2 time in a low scoring game.
sk only having an 11 point lead with 90 seconds to go.
playing against pp who are rebuilding.

What a team to win with only those advantages.
2 wins in a row against great opposition in ES/PP the last 2
weeks is a credit to a great team.

Special thanks to Wedgies mate Danny Motlop.

Message for REB/TASSIE/PUNKIE/SYD-DOG and others MAL
and his magnificent 'aints live for another week.

Yep, gotta hand it to Grant Thomas, Mal... The 'Aints fluking a win over a side they should've belted by 10 goals, the 'Aints are back to doing what they do best!

My mate Grant Thomas after the game said he was happy for the 4 points and said his team did what it needed to do.

Then asked how a team is goin to stop the crows he started deflecting the question and babbled on about something else.

Finally I think he is under some pressure to get his team some results !!!
It is what it is !!!

A draw would have been a fitting result yesterday as neither side deserved to win.St.Kilda are dead set pretender's and their dim-witted coach has the uncanny ability to waste talent.Port are shot.Bring on 2007.

With the amount of scoring shots yesterday, the Saints should have won by at least 4 goals.

Mmmm.. must work then, 'cos its the same method used by the Crows in '97 &'98.
If one person does it, it's insanity. If millions do it, it's religion.
