Which of these possible off season recruits would make you furious at your club for recruiting them, and why?

KK 'cos he's crap and the other two can play (sure they're loose canons but hey...)

Kent Kingsley ARRRRRRRRRGGGGGHHHH!!! He's a millionare and couldn't give a stuff so what do we do? We give him a game?? Forget Gardiner he's an idiot but Aker could be a good pick up. Kingsley if he really wants to play on, might end up at Essendon..after all, how many times have you seen a bloke play well against a particular team and then that mob picks them up later on?

Player I would want the least? Gardiner...... wouldnt take him as hopefully the crows have learnt after dealing with previously delisted players of the same ilk like your Angwins...anyway...dont need him..we have stiffy
I wouldn't be DISPLEASED if we picked up Aker, but it would have to be on a "big brother" type of contract... ie; every time he says or does something stupid, Triggy takes $5000 off of his starting price... how much do ya reckon that'd leave him with each year???

He would be in financial ruin. Don't expect profits from his book sales either. Who would seriously want to read that??

I'd take Akermanis if I had to take one of the three ... As for the others, Craigy could well do wonders with a bloke like Kingsley, and I'd take Gardiner if we got him on a base salary contract with a late draft pick, but thats about the only way I'd wanna see him ...
Hey Falcon, I thought you were a Port fan?

Oops sorry FC. Surely it wouldn't be a book that you would reccommend to a non-Lions or non-Aker fan? I can't see what in his life (other than winning a Brownlow) that would be so enthralling but obviously I should read it before passing judgement on it.
I guess you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, but if it has Aker's face on it, some may find that hard!!

It was given to me by my uncle along with the Jason McCartney book, its not I book I would rush out to buy. I guess if anything you would want to read it to find out why the guy is so talented yet can be such a knob.
Each to their own in terms of finding it enthralling reading, but i'm a bit of a sucker for a biog or autobiog

Already in this poll Kent leads, he can do that, he can even mark it. But because he can't kick straight he'll pass of to a rookie in the pocket on a worse angle. Pure leadership

Aka is too set in his way to change, maybe in the right environment there might be hope for Gardiner

I wouldn't take Kingsley or Gardiner. Aker is to good a player to have sitting round doing nothing when there's a couple good years of footy left in him.

Aker would be alright, I'm sure Craig would lay down the law or Roo would rip his head off, the ruck stocks are full so no need for another ruck & Kingsley might be ok with some proper guidence.

If any club could pull Aka's head in it would be adelaide, but in sying that he is no chance of coming to the crows, next year we already have Roo, Goody, Macca, Hart, Edwards all over 3oyrs old, we don't need another

If Collingwood recruited Akermanis, I'd burn the Lexus Centre to the ground...

If you could keep Gardiner on the right track then he would be alright.

Gardiner can obviously play, 2 seasons ago he was the best big man in the comp by a mile, he was the captain of the club at a very young age, by the sounds of it he has got caught up with the wrong social crowd in Perth.
Take him out of that environment, put him in a club with a very strong leadership and playing group and a discipline culture he may just turn things around...........
lets remember some of the best players ever, Carey and Ablett were no Angels.........
I would consider Perrie for Gardiner as I think Adelaide is one club who could put him back on track

Gardiner would be ideal for Fremantle..............
