we should win this one even without Goodwin , Mcleod and Johncock and i reckon we will win between 10-28 points with us to pull away late in the last quarter, this is richmond no disrespect even with our 1-7 away record considering we defeated west coast at subiaco oval as our only away win and we have been there bunnies since 2005.

We should win this, but we should've won last week too.

I have a feeling we won't. I hope I'm wrong.

I must say im nervous about this game, i feel we have a forward line that will destroy their defence but im really worried that last week has given the likes of Walker, Henderson and Jaensch the 'Yips'. Taylor is such a confidence player and by his second shot on goal it looked shot then and there. I'd dearly love to see them come out all guns blazing to rectify the rather insipid performance last week but i dont know that it will happen.

Will Davis come back in this week for Johncock or will Schmidt play, massive loss to the backline, Stiffy has been amazing this year.

Crows players should hand back match payments

They don't deserve to be paid for serving up such insipid cowardly garbage.

Oh my God, I can't recall seeing many worse games/performances for a long time .. Shows how much the commentators have moved with the times and focus on uncontested footy, they kept singing the praises of Stevens despite some terrible, terrible mistakes - A message to him (and any KP's playing in front of their man in defence) - "Mark the ******* thing when you're first to the ball!!"

Richmond were pretty terrible, but rode an ever growing wave of passion in the 2nd half - Their last quarter they could have perhaps kicked another 4-5 goals.

Kicking for goal has been the Crows biggest undoing this year, not just in the last 2 weeks but the first 6 or so weeks were plagued with the same ailment.

I feel sorry for NFC having to sit through a performance like this, I reckon the lad would be ropable (although if he had any sense he would have hit the Crown or Goldfingers at halftime when it was obvious this was going to happen).

Performances like that are the result of giving jobs to the boys, jobs to ex-players with no experience/coaching ability.

The Crows apparently see no problem with their goal kicking

Mark Bickley should be launched into the sun.

Agreed
How pathetic are they against the teams under them. Definitely a different goal kicking coach required. We are supposed to be playing Football not handball

Van Berlo not in the best 22 let alone Captain material!

Reilly, turn over king!

Softest team in the AFL!

Our mid field is a laughing stock, teams must rub their hands together when they see the Adelaide midfield that they get to line up against.

My 6 year old is a better kick than half of these hacks.

Are you sure this team beat Geelong while I was away??

Seriously - I can't believe this. I go overseas and they play like superstars, come home and it's like I never left.

The team is full of a lot of young fellas who are not tough enough upstairs yet. When the game is on the line, be it kicking for goal, taking a mark under pressure, or making the right decision with a couple of blokes on your tail, the young lads aren't quite up to it yet.

In retrospect it seems last year was a bit of a 'honeymoon' year for quite a few guys too, particularly players like Vince, Tippett, Porps etc. This year will hopefully be a good reality check on the rigours of AFL football. Don't believe your own hype fellas, this game is fair dinkum and it will chew you up and spit you out if you don't show it the respect it deserves.

people on this website need to not get caught up in the emotion of the loss if we had had kick straight in the second term we would of have won the game comfortably having said that bad kicking is bad football and to say our midfield is not good enough i disagree with it is not the most talented midfielder but it defeated the best and most talented midfielder in the modern day at its own game. we are entering a new era it is going to take time to get a level of consistency we want in this team and the team is going to lose over 1000 games experience through losing 4 players through retirement and you can not expect it to happen overnight. Lastly to call the appointed of coaches as the reason we lost is a cop out.

I'm almost done, I'll attend every week but I've got no strength left in supporting a team that doesn't EVEN CARE. Players weren't hungry enough today, was pathetic. 1st half their shots for goal weren't even mini league standard and the 2nd half they didn't even want to be out there, disgraceful game.

Skills shocking.

Worst handballing side in the comp, always handballing to players under pressure.
Kicking skills no better, in front of goal all our players just freeze. Tippett, Dangerfield, Porplyzia, Griffin, LEARN HOW TO KICK.
Effort? Non existant.
Tackling? Inability to wrap players up, it's a joke.

Do we have a gym in that new facility? Because all our players are soft, can't tackle and get knocked off the ball too easily.

I'm just glad I got to see Norwood before I left, if I'd missed that game just to see the pitiful Crows then I would've been even more upset.

I'm done with the Crows in 2010.
