OK all you Power people, tell me why Port keep persisting with Ebert and Treadrea, both of them are not serious when it comes to kicking goals and keeping the ball in the area with strong marking and body work, the team makes the play and yet these two consistently let the results down, about time both of them were pissed off out of the team, go back to SANFL and learn to appreciate how football is played and what winning is all about

Obviously you'd know what winning is all about Panther.

Fact is if a few of their mates could kick straight, they'd be in a winning position!!!!!!

Thats a fair question. With blokes like Hartlett coming in and performing well, and Lobbe doing well in the ruck, it may be difficult to justify having Westhoff in the side, or at least in the starting 18.

Agree send him back to Centrals please, we could do with any player over 6ft at the moment.

Ive always thought Eberts kicking for goal is dodgy at best when its a pressure situation. His first half kicking for goal was about par for him in that pressure situation. My summary of Eberts kicking for goal is when the team really needs him to convert he tends to feel the strain and pulls the kick. Tredders kicking for goal is up and down no matter what the situation though he has got better from his early days.
Not sure i agree with the call on Westoff. Think hes having a good year. He's playing up the ground, a bit like Richardson has done for the tigers in the last few years. Provides a tall option through the middle of the ground, and its probably saved Tredders making those runs up the wing to get the ball. The only problem with Westoff i have is sometimes i think he's to clever for his own good and tries to invent plays rather the taking the more basic but correct option.

MEGAhead looks like he gets too close to the man on the mark when having set shots.

i've always rated Ebert, and i rekon if he was 6 inches taller, could be one the better forwards in the league. amazing hands for someone that should be around the packs crumbing.

As for Westhoff..........hmmmmmmmmm.........

I agree with that, but I think he is doing a fair job as a player.
I suspect he would do better if he were used where he had more room to move, perhaps HFF and short bursts on the ball.

I never understand why he never gets a run on the ball.

Didn't he win a magarey medal as an on-baller.

Ebert is a very good player.

The knockers of him expect him to wave his arms and fly.

Give this young man some space, he is better than his old man.
