Well 3 games, but with the early plea and what not he gets 2.
Considering how other incidents have gone I would suggest he is a bit lucky with only 2.

The tribunal have lost the plot.

Last week Hille got off for being 'committed' to a contest, contact unavoidable. This week Hurn, who was also committed early to the ball, should have somehow jumped over a slipping Stewart to avoid contact.

Ask anyone who has played footy for more than two minutes and they'll tell you there was no way Hurn could have avoided contact once committed to the ball. He's being punished because of the severity of the injury to Stewart.

It's rubbish there was nothing Hurn could do, he tryed to lessen the impact a bit and it still didn't make a differance. Besides it was Westhoffs fault after his shocking handball to Stewart put in position to be cleaned up anyway.

Complete Raffle the entire lot. Don't know why we bother even trying to work it out. What we should do is sit back, wait for the outcome, shake our heads and bow to the powers that be, because they are almighty and we're obviously not worthy.

I just wish they had the common sense we had and then we would all sleep a little eaiser

Johnson from Freo copped a 4 match ban for a lesser hit a couple of years ago but there's been players since who have contacted the head and got away with it.

It's a stupid rule and should be about the intent, not the actual contact. Once momentum has been achieved, it's almost impossible to pull out of the contest and it's unfair in a contact sport.

A couple will go from the Hawks v Geelong game. Shiels and Scarlo gawn for mine. Others might get looked at as well. Guerra pinned Steve Johnson's arms and slammed his head into the ground so he might be gone too.

Contact to the head is frowned upon, and in this particular instance I reckon he got what he deserved

Shiels was just a poor attempt at helping Hodge shake the Lingthing and looked terrible.

Miss Johansens was poor form, although I dont think he meant to get the Hawk where he did, but raising the knee in any contest is a big no-no in my books.

Scarlett, Mooney, Shiels and Osbourne all got one week in the MRP Lottery. With no Scarlett and no Mooney with the Cats on the road with a shorter break, get on the Dockers next week.

Hurn went the man and got him in the head with a heavy impact. I know it can be a lottery at times with these things, but i think they got this one right.

They expect Michael Osborne to miss a few too.

I still reckon it was a case of Kreuzer running into Brennans arse, well thats how it looked.

It's an amazing game. You are still allowed to wrap up a player's arms and ram his head into the turf, but if you decide to bump instead of tackle, you're in big trouble mister!!!

It has slowly turned into a farce.
Go back and watch some YouTube footage of big AFL hits and see the umps call play-on for head high full fledged contact.
It's all about intent, they should throw the points system in the bin and base each case on its merits.

Thats how I saw it too. You know the panel is being strict now, but will get more lenient towards the end of the year.
