Was at footy park yesterday for a function and the Crows had one of their closed training sessions. Didn't see much cause I was fairly busy, but I did see Porps out on the track and he didn't look restricted at all. I reckon he might front up this weekend.

From a North Adelaide and Crows perspective I certainly hope so :)

I watched them train on Sunday, and he did every drill everyone else did and moved freely. He will play.

Personally I think a lot of these injuries are just niggles that are being managed and not worth risking during pre-season.

Reckon most blokes will be up and running this week and the next.

There was a news grab for Ch 7 on Monday that said a rookie might be elevated by the Crows this week but I haven't heard anything since. Anyone heard anything?

Either Henderson or Schmidt you would think, given they're the two who played during our PS campaign. Hoping it's the former, he moves well and has a classy edge about him. Nowhere near sold on Schmidt.

Anyway you never feel right about round 1, tends to throw a couple of Twilight Zone results up, and the Dockers on paper (according to TFS's predicted side) look so green and volatile across the park. Can see it going one of two ways - either a competitive, free-flowing game of footy with us kicking a few late ones to get home, or we'll overwhelm them from the start. Can't see them winning. Crows by 33.

I've backed the Dockers.
I don't know why, and I'm not sh*t-stirring. Just got a feeling they'll get up.

"Oh boy I hate Jacky, I mean he is never in the side and in no way negatively effects the club, but boy I hate him for not developing" standard bog footy opinion of Hacky

I don't understand hating or getting angry over a kid that doesn't even play in the side.

IT ATE EVERYBODY! It's because he hasn't developed and gone on to play in the side.
