Talk on the national game

The best....

Postby nuggety goodness » Fri Feb 26, 2010 5:06 pm

there's so much talk of who the worst captain is... i'm not too worried about all that and i remember someone saying that Josh Hunt was the best full back kick in taker in the game. i wonder who is the best at certain disciplines or specialised areas in our great game.... e.g

Best Tackle Breaker - GAJ

Best Tackler - Kirk?

Best Vision - ?

Best Long Handball - ?

Best Pack Mark - Reiwoldt

Most Composed - ?

Best Spoiler - ?

i'm sure there are more that can be thought of. let's see some opinions...
I am not talking to you for 3 minutes because you punched me in the head and it hurt and that was not okay for you to do

Agree with that, but think Riewoldt should be regarded as most courageous. The way he runs back with the flight to take those marks................

if by "sook", you mean "not afraid to show emotion and let the world know what the game and the club means to him", then yeah, i'd agree.

but i'd say a "sook" would be more like someone that backchats the umpire and questions any decision that isnt paid his way, and i have never EVER seen riewoldt question a decision.

A tie for me. It was always Brown for me up until the past year when I saw Riewoldt do some crazy stuff running back with the flight etc. Nothing will beat the mark Browny took against the Hawks a few years back though. Both gutsy as hell.
