I think its ideal. They know their limtations and so are going to have a full home ground with great atmosphere for all of their home games. Not like so many sides playing infront of small crowds in BIG venues.
Im sure they will be getting more than the Power anyway with the stadium deal

Its a pretty good looking ground...and would probably suit more to a second tier competition league like SANFL or VFL...but for them to make the sort of money from home games that AFL teams need, unless they sell out most games, I dont think they'll be able to do it and the AFL will be propping them up for a fair while.
