What an amazing result in what is probably the most prestigious award in footy these days!
With only the Grand Final to be counted Corey Enright led Gary Ablett Jnr by 1 vote (711 to 710) and in the GF GAJ picked up 30 votes and Enright 29 to give them the first tie in the club's history.
Well done to GAJ for adding to his medal collection and well done to Corey Enright for having a South Aussie win!

I'd never heard of this medal before..
I gather it is some local, internal, thing, in a club having a rare good spell?

Wedgie, do you know what the criteria is for best club man, I'd guess it has a lot to do with off-field stuff?

How many medals is that for Ablett this season? Well done on a well deseved Carji. Well done to Enright also, obviously there wasn't a hair to separate them at the end of the count.
