VFL Grand Final - Northern Bullants v North Ballarat

No VFL board so chucked it in here.
The Northern Bullants (Carlton affiliate
) knocked off Port Melbourne (coached by Gary Ayers) 16.13.109 to 13.10.88
whilst North Ballarat (North Melbourne affiliate) smashed Collingwood 22.14.146 to 12.13.85 to set up a Grand Final clash
to be played at the Docklands, Friday night.
Rumour has it, it will be shown on ABC HD live, so keep an eye out for it !

Should be a ripper and yes it is live around the nation on ABC HDTV.
From the matches Ive seen this year the VFL is much better to watch than the SANFL so cant wait for this one!
A bit torn as the Bullants are red and white but I'll be cheering for Michael Wundke's Roosters even though they're black and white (except for when they're wearing their multi coloured clash guernsey).
I didn't see Sundays game but the Roosters were ultra impressive on Satrday. Keep an eye out for Sewell and Driscoll for the Roosters, SANFL clubs should be clamouring for these guys signatures and expect Wundke to pop up with his usual 3 or 4 goals (kicked 4 last week despite starting on a flank).

In Melbourne for the weekend (not going to GF unfortunately) so might pop in and watch this. Will be interested to see how the standard compares with the SANFL.

This may be the dumbest ever question, but..? How do you get ABC HD? I don't think it is available out here in the bush yet or am I wrong?

Do you have a Digital TV ? If so and
if the ABC broadcast in HD where you live you should already have it.

Port Lincoln struggles to get Digital TV at the best of times so I doubt that Ceduna would have it.

For those interested, the VFL Grand Final is on tonight between the above mentioned teams...
It is being played at Etihad Stadium and will be shown live on ABC HDTV (Digital Channel 20) from 7pm tonight...
Looking forward to watching it, will be interesting to see how the standard compares to SANFL...
I reckon there are a couple of former SANFL players in the game, Brett Goodes (Magpies), Michael Wundke (North Adelaide), Greg Bentley (Sturt), Darren Pfieffer (Norwood), Sam Jacobs (Eagles), Ed Lower (Norwood), Corey Jones (Sturt) and Adam Hartlett (West) are a few that spring to mind.
Game about to start shortly, will post quarter by quarter scores for those not watching but still interested...

Yeah, I thought I recognised the surname, is it Shane ? Did he win a B&F for the Bloods, or an award for Best First Year Player or something, I recall seeing Neaves on one of the Honour Boards inside Westies club rooms last weekend...
