and probably wouldnt mind ports colors in a St. Kilda style better than whatever jumper they decide to rock up in each week!

Not sure it's actually worth my time, but talk about gullable. he was trying to make a point towards Graham Cornes comparing his argument about the PAFC's and the hypothetical equivilent if the Bays were entered into the AFL intsead of the PAFC. That is also why the geurnsey was designed as a crows tri colour.

I think it's more a criticism of the non-Port people who continually tell the club they hate how they should be run. It's like members of the Liberal Party offering "suggestions" on how the Labour part should get more members

The argument from the critics is that Port should abandon their heritage and basically become a Crows Mark II which is why he did a Crows-style guernsey and named them after another black bird, the Ravens.

I thought it was a clever article. I'd like to see Port just back their own judgement (in being Port, which they are) rather than listening to the critics too much and wavering into the no-man's land of Crows Mark II, which is what Rucci is saying.

I agree with Jabber - the guernsey looks good even though it's taking the mickey!

I'd prefer the Pirates to the Ravens or Power. That was their first mistake especially as there was a famour flag or two with the skull and crossbones.
Imagine them turning Footy Park into a big pirate ship with the skull and cross bones flag hanging over it with someone made to walk the plank at half time.
Would have been a fantastic marketing ploy and imagine the pirate talk in the crowd.
Would have drawn 1000s more through the gate and made millions more in merchandise etc than a bloody Powder whatever the frak that is.

Yeah mate I was serious. I'm a fan of traditional looking jumpers and I liked it.
