I expect Richmond to come out firing on all 3.5 cylinders in the first quarter and perhaps even lead, but then get completely overrun by WBulldogs who have much more to play for.

North could bring St Kilda down to their level at Docklands but without Edwards wont have enough scoring power to win.

Brisbane have had two road trips to Etihad but Carlton don't play well in Qld. Good exclusion of Russell will only help our cause but I expect Bris to be too strong.

Port - flat track bullies, should win easily over a depleted Freo.

Essendon have a good record but they might be mentally fragile after last week. Adelaide could be worried by their pace, but I think Adelaide will win in a close one.

Hawks showed enough last week to get over Sydney who were pretty ordinary themselves.

Geelong by however much they want despite losing two key backman. WCE don't have the method to hurt them up forward.

I think Melbourne will push Collingwood but fall short because of a lack of fire power up forward.

This is just the sort of game that Richmond would come out and wallop the Bulldogs in - not that its likely to happen, but with their roller coaster form, maybe wanting to prove a point to their next coach as much as their last one, it has all the hallmarks of a big upset.

I've put my money where my keyboard is - and put $8 on the quarter by quarter Rich/WB/WB/WB.

Go the Tiges (temporarily!)

I have heard a rumour that neither Chapman or Ablett will play for the Cats this weekend, so be careful in Supercoach teams.

Jack Ziebell out for North Melb today with illness and Aaron Edwards comes back into the side.

No changes for the Saints.

Crows/Bombers game was brilliant. Proved to me that AFL still can be an exciting game...

Haven't seen a shootout like it for a long time...

Jagged 8 as well, moved up to 43rd in the LUXbet tipping comp which pays for the top 100 and first prize is a nice $50k...
