Well done to Dom Cassisi. I wish him well he is a very fine player, and a good bloke as well, and should do a good job of leading the Power. I just hope he isn't too good at it

I am more than happy with Cassisi's appointment.

He works hard as a run with player while also being productive in his own right, has good skills, tackles and chases hard and works well in the media. Could not ask for anymore from a Captain.

S.Burgoyne and K.Cornes as Deputy's also works well. Let Chad play and be as damaging as he can possibly be.

I thought Salopek would have been a good choice myself. He's got guts that boy. 5hit. Starting to sound like Kerls now.

I agree Salopek would have been a good option, but I have never heard any one speak about his leadership skills where most people with some football knowledge are aware of his playing prowess. I think he will be one of the guns in our midfield this year and one of the stand outs in the AFL full stop.

I think Salopek would be a good choice at some future time, but Cassisi is the man for now.
His consistency and committment have earned it - in those he has been the leader of the Power pack for some time.

Will Cassisi get a game tho?
Have Boak, Cornes, Salopek, Burgoynes, Rodan, Carr, Pearce, Logan, Thomas, Kraker and Gray before him in the middle...
