Who do you think we should pick up in the rookie draft ?
Are there any potential Bocks or Porplyzia's floating ubder the radar that we can snaffle up ?

I have been watching some replays of th U18 National carnival and there are 2 SA players who I think are worth consideration !

Firstly, Matthew Martin looks a likely type . Potential long term replacement for Rutten .
Has he looked the goods for Westies ?

Secondly, a roving forward pocket called Mardling (I hope that is correct) looks a likely type.
Great crumber (however, quite small). Could be a Matty Bode typle clone.

Spewing Fremantle got Chris Hall in the 70's. would have been a massive coup in the rookie draft.
I am sure the crows will be closely watching his progress ?

Interested to know if there any exciting types in the SANFL we may get our hands on ?

i can tell you first hand that Matthew Martin is going to be a gun, unlucky not to be picked up in this years draft.

Also a young fella by the name of Alex Kinal might be worth a punt from the Double Blues

With the addition of Davis, McKernan, Young & Lee coupled with Tippet, Walker, Maric, Moran, Griffin, Hentschell etc talls are looking phenemonal.

It Sure puts a 2nd year 1st round draftee such as Sellar under the spotlight.

Great trading options in the future if these boys kick on.

Bloody hell I hope "etc" is a star as 5 have not played a game,2 can't cement a place in the side ,1 may never play again and the other 2 are very average at best......the only thing phenomonal here is extent of the expectation

I hope Matty Martin gets picked up by the crows as i think he has some serious potential. He is a great size and has great pace for his size. It would be a bonus for the bloods as well if he were to stay here.

Would james boyd from south be worth a punt on the crows rookie list?

Martin will go with the Power's first pick IMO.

Look for the Crows to nab Jamie Sheehan.
