Such a fascinating draft this year, with some players certain to be selected, but their eventual position could be anywhere between a 30-pick buffer.

Wouldn't surprise me if the Power pulled a bit of a shock and took Sidebottom with their selection.

Can't wait to see Natanui play!!

Jabber, you missed pick 12 - Lewis Johnston - North Adelaide.

Was a PNU junior for a year or two..

lets just say was already a well developed footballer at 14 years of age.

A favourite amongst the mums

Football wise... was a standout then, can assume the same now...

Rhys O'Keefe would be stoked to get picked up by Hawthorn.

Up until a week or so ago, the only club to have bothered to sit down with him was Fremantle though.. according to my sources

He has heard from Collingwood, Port, West Coast and Sydney. This is from the man himself.

i think the crows will take Lewis Johnston or SHAUN McKERNAN with their first pick or possibly
RYAN SCHOENMAKERS. its a very good draft though, all the players i just said may not go til the early 20s, should be interesting to see who they do take

Burgan has now changed his order slightly, based around Freo overlooking Rich and taking Hill.

I guess I'd be okay with Trengrove, but McKernan would be a nightmare.

Footy chick your not quite right with Rhys O'Keefe. Has spoken to ALL AFL clubs EXCEPT Adelaide. Had a one on one with Gary Buckenara last week in Adelaide. Think the guy that had him at number 50 is a bit hard. All Australian playing league he should go earlier that that.

Hope the crows get McKernan, he looked really good in the U18's carnival. Didnt really rate that Stephen Hill, everytime i saw him play he resembled a bit of richard tambling and we all know he hasnt turned out as good as he was meant to. IMO Freo should take Rich, he is ready made and would free up Palmer a bit of getting the clearances everytime.

Will be interesting to see what happens ? Could Rich fall through ? Was keen on the Blues picking Hurley, but from what I've read and seen, Yarran would be a great pick up for us. BUT if Freo do take Hill, then would Port take Rich, leaving Hartlett theere to join his brother at Carlton ? Would Essendon take Rich if Port take Hartlett, knowing that Carlton would probably take Hurley ? Essendon probably need the KPP more then Carlton, so Rich may be there at 6

Ohh the intrigue !!

I'm still holding out hope that Hartlett will make an Ebertesque slide to pick 10. It's unlikely but with so many promising KPPs/rucks available you'd think if a gun midfielder was going to slide in any draft, it would be this one.
