I thought I read somewhere, that he spent some underage time down Geelong way (with one of the lads who went off the rails a little, maybe Ezra Bray)?
Cats probably have enough younger blokes there to interest Sydney, who need to get the age of their list down I would have thought?

These are both very good points and I agree, Geelong is a perfect fit for O'Keefe.
I am not 100% sure how these guys are travelling at Geelong, or if they would be perceived by other more astute Geelong supporters as required players, but potential trades may be Kane Tenace or Shannon Byrnes. Maybe even Varcoe or Stokes?

With Chapman, Stokes and Johnson all small-medium forwards, and not to mention they'd be almsot using every inch of the salary cap as it is, I wouldn't think he'd head there. They need a key forward to play out of the goalsquare as Lonergan is no matchwinner.
I wouldn't mind having him at Richmond, but much like Geelong, we need a key forward, as Richo is almost done and I don't know how good Hughes will be.
A lot will depend on Cousins as well, if Collingwood don't get him I could see them making a play for O'Keefe. Rocca, Cloke, Medhurst, Anthony, O'Keefe, Davis. Pretty decent forward line that one.

IF the Pies were to retain Didak, wouldn't that give them the same you problem you mentioned for the Cats, in trying to squeeze O'Keefe, Didak, Medhurst and Davis in the same forward line?

Forward/midfield/bench rotations.

Chapman, Johnson, Stokes and O'Keefe would be the same (or similar) then surely?

Are you seriously suggesting that Stokes would keep O'Keefe out of the team?

O'Keefe is a far better player than Stokes, and on Par with Chapman and Johnson.
