No. Its time Port Power helped themselves. They had 19000 at the game today. Adelaide would have got 30,000 +. So would all the other interstate sides

I think he will still be coach for a long time yet, but who will their next one be? Another Port man is my guess, would they be brave enough to recruit from outside?

Yes I preferred the old ones too, though I am happy with the rest of the changes now I've gotten used to them.

Spot on Stanley.Williams has a resume as player and coach that stacks up with the best of them.Who would replace him,and more so,this time last year the football world was amazed at how such a young 'developin' side was travelling under the guidance of Williams. For mine, the job is his for some time, but anything is possible.

No doubt this should be one that is reffereed to Spelly, yet as I have heard Mark Williams has the best win - loss ratio of any coach in the AFL.

A good resume doesn't necessarily mean that Choco is the best coaching option for the Power. Last year, the man with arguably the best resume of all modern coaches (excepting Lethal) was shown the door at Essendon for a bloke who taught the once invincible Port Magpies to lose.

History may show that this was a wise decision by the Bombers. Sheedy always was a favourites man and someone who clearly lost that favoritism for whatever reason last year was David Hille who is now being spoken about as an All Australian Ruckman under the new coach. Knights has played the kids where Sheedy was recruiting the Micheals, Murphys, Heffernans and Camperoles.

If Choco is only coach because of is past deeds this is not an environment that is condusive to a culture of continual improvement. It's time to move on IMO.

Williams was also out coached on the weekend by Harvey.

All Freo defenders played a zone and it worked they marked everything in that first quarter and set the win up from that. Also the lack of Ports fitness has to come back to coaching
