The gap

After watching the Cats Vs. The dogs today I wondered is the gap growing or all us Geelong supporters getting ahead of ourselves. Look at the cats today in the last quarter how we just blew footscray away.

Dunno if its growing, the gap between Geelong's reserves and the Bulldogs A grade side has always been 10 goals!
Seriously though I wouldn't take too much out of it, the Bulldogs are always pretenders.
They're almost the Glenelg of the AFL.

It was a good game of football. The cats were very good in the second half and thats with out yabblet running amok.

Have to agree with you wedgie the cats are just rolling. Is the gap getting bigger well I think it might, if you look at the last half the gap was about as big as the pacific ocean. It will be interesting to see how the hawks go. It 'should' be a good game. Just depends on which hawthorne come.

Sydney are rubbish. I doubt the Cats are concerned about anyone and even if they were Sydney would be well down on the list.

we lost by 7 points in the Prelim, we thumped them this year- we seem to have their (& the Swans) measure

At the start of the season I predicted a Geelong v St.Kilda GF, and it's beginning to look a distinct possibility with the Bulldogs, Hawks (unfortunately) and Pies all starting to lose a bit of ground. Rounds 16, 17, 18 etc. is when the good teams begin to run to the finals. Geelong have made their run, it will be interesting to see who follows.
