Postby bayman » Sun Jun 29, 2008 7:19 pm

during the 2nd term of todays game between melbourne & brisbane, one commentator said "melbourne are heading for the upset of the year so far this season" then another commentator said except if fremantle beat anyone"

i thought while it is cruel it is funny
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Not as good as the compare of Einstein factor saying 'turd' accidently on last night's show. He played a straight bat though and it seemed to go through to the keeper. My son and I just looked at each other and said 'er..did he just say that??'.

An underutilised word it is too LOL.

I'm still laughing at 3AW yesterday. Pre-match, Robert Walls and Tony Shaw bagged Melbourne and said they expected Brisbane to win comfortably. Walls also bagged Miller saying he was just an ordinary player.

20 minutes in the 1st quarter, the Dees are up by 20 points and Miller has kicked 3 goals. Suddenly Walls and Shaw are saying "The Dess are having a red hot crack ... AS WE KNEW THEY WOULD", and Walls was calling Miller a matchwinner!!!!

Unbelievable these guys, they change like the wind.

It's an Irish term, they say it all the time. "Oi backed the turd horse", or "King Richard the Turd".
