As players such as Burgoyne, Goodes, Franklin, etc have demonstrated of late, it is almost impossible to deliver a perfect hip and shoulder bump these days due to the pace of the game.

The hip and shoulder between McPhee and Schammer with a minute to go showed that if done properly is still a vital weapon in the AFL. Ball was in Freo's forward line and Essendon cleared and won the game.
It was a good Hip and Shoulder too.

That was a fantastic collision, both players went in hard and for the ball, it's a shame we don't get to see more of it these days.
