I am not sure that I am reading this right, yet is it correct that Alcohol Advertising at sports grounds will not be able to be shown on TV between 5am and 9pm?

I have noticed the AFL going with signs that switch advertising companies frequently throughout the game, so will it be a case that other stuff will be advertised at the ground on these signs prior to 9pm?

What the hell is this going to prove ? So how will they enforce OVERSEAS programming streaming into Australia like F1, Soccer etc etc, are they going to ban these being shown too ?

What about the Crows ? They will need to find a new shorts sponsor as IIRC Carlton have the draught logo on 'em...either that or they just play between 2100 & 0500...

Few NRL teams sponsored by alcohol brands too, and Touring Cars have teams named after the product.
