The AFL and the Irish GAA are set to revive the controversial International Rules series.
League football operations manager Adrian Anderson have confirmed Australia and Ireland would play at least one game in this country later this year, as part of the 150-year celebrations for the game of Australian Rules.

The real question- Does anyone actually want it back??

Yes - I like the game. I haven't seen the pure Irish form, but I hope to see a match when I am over in the region, staying in the UK soon. I tend to support the Irish view that tackling should be not included in the International form either.

Considering last time it was played at Football Park it was a sell out I am tipping that the answer is likely to be yes from the general public?

Have often considered adding Setanta Sports to my package from Foxtel so that I can watch the Irish Gaelic games as they are shown there. Gaelic Footy is a great game IMO!
