The AFL 2008 Season Guide hits the shops from today. For those who don't know it's the 928 page book that lists all the current club and player profiles, full explanation of the reasons for the 2008 fixture, lists the entire history of the draft, all the AFL scoring, playing and goals records and the wrap up of the 2007 season (go cats). It sells for 40 bucks.

I'll mail one to the person who does best on the quiz below. Rules are simple. Submit your answers either here or as a PM and I'll come back at 8pm today (vic time) to post the correct answers. Person with highest correct tally, gets one mailed to them. In case of a tie, I will endeavour to supply multiple copies where reasonable, but reserve the right to award the book to the person with the earliest timed entry with the most correct answers, as per the board lodging times. Some are easy, and some are very tough, but funnily enough all answers are in the book.

Interesting Smac. I don't mind how you answer. If you want to post privately, or publicly, it's up to you. I'll be stunned if anyone gets past 40-odd correct. You could always post publicly an answer with 37 correct and 13 deliberately wrong, and then post a private entry with the 42 you know to be correct. Either way, I'll give you the correct answers tonight, declare a winner and put it in the mail. If you're confident, put a PO Box mailing address on the bottom , and declare to the crowd you've got them covered.
