For any Collingwood fans who want to get back into footy mode early our AGM is on this week


ANNOUNCEMENT: SAM’s Annual General MeetingGlenelg Jetty Hotel, 3.30pm, 16th December, 2007. 2007 AGM On Sunday December 16th at 3.30pm, SA Magpies is holding it’s Annual General Meeting at Glenelg Jetty Hotel. AGM AGENDA · Welcome· Apologies· 2007 Review· Financial Report and Statement· Election of Office Bearers and General Committee (Roles in 2008).· General Business including:- Decide Home Venue for SA Magpies on 2008.- Prioritise which Player SAM should sponsor in 2008.- 2008 Membership Fees. The meeting will be followed by some Christmas drinks. No doubt, we'll reflect on some good times in 2007 and discuss how our team can take those extra 2 steps in 2008.

yes sadly its true. mick will be sadly missed and im sure he will join the already existing qld magpies once he settles in.

Any Collingwood fans in the state should join up.
I brought a mate who was a Collingwood man and Mrs Wedgie to the SA Magpies show at the Rosemont and we had a ball.
Mind you I think I enjoyed the day the most being a Geelong supporter. :wink:
Great bunch of supporters who are well organised, any Collingwood supporters in SA would be crazy not to join them.

I opened this thread thinking it was about the mob at Alberton. Not a lot of difference I guess! :wink:

lol you might want to check the amount of premierships won in the respective comps over the last 50 years.

Yes, but I was thinking more of the shared cultural values and behavioural standards of the two teams' average followers. :lol:
