He was never given a chance at Port, and I hope he gets a crack as he is a unit...

one slight problem though according to NFC everyone is a dud except if you are from Norwood, Darren Pfeiffer or Alan Obst

Do you mean like Jim West, Jamie Vlatko and Heath Culpitt have done?

he is still training with port and he will propably be redrafted it was just chocco wanted more flexability in the draft incase any of the players they really like slip through to the lower half of the draft.

Slightly dissapointed. In a discussion on a different site, someone said something which was fairly spot on. I think us Port supporters liked the idea of Willits more than what he was actually producing.

THe thought of a well built brute of a forward is good in theory, but unfortunately he couldnt bring regular consistent form to the table.

I did like him though and I thought, considering it was his first senior year playing as a forward, he did alright. He was very bottom age when drafted and is only 20 still (Rutten, for example, didnt debut until he was 20) so he does have age on his side.

I wouldnt be surprised if we rookie list him.
