I read with great sorrow that young Adam Ramanauskas has the dreaded Spanish dander back, despite not being a Bombers fan it made me quite sad especially with my mum going through a fight against cancer last year. My thoughts are with the lad, I hope he beats it.

Adam Ramanuaskas recently had his routine check up – something that has happened regularly since he was diagnosed with cancer two years ago. Results have confirmed there has been a recurrence of Adam’s previous condition and he is presently taking advice from specialists on the best course of treatment.

As a result of this imminent treatment, his immediate playing future is on hold.

I heard about it on the news tonight, life can be pretty fu((ed up at times, makes your own problems seem insignificant. The other person fighting the big C again, Glenn McGraths missus.

Yeah all the best to Mrs McGrath too, anytime I hear about anyone getting the big C it makes me sick to the stomach.

Cant stand Essendon but u gotta feel 4 a young guy like that struck with the C curse at his age
I wish him well.
Have to say though, another defender down for the Bombers, will Paul Thomas get another chance in the Feb draft?
