Dog_ger you can't take 50% of nothing as I don't work...
But I take your point.
Carlton are paying market value.
Equal pay would never work, as not are all equal...
The AFL set the precedent re salary caps.
The clubs work out who gets bits of the pie...

Absolutely - on the field if someone such as Judd were on your team you would certainly get it to him.
But off the field, they face some issues unless they manage their people well. Bound to be some noses out of joint, at the lower end of the pay scale at least.
