The Australian on-line says Juddy's a Blue

Pick 3, 20 and Josh Kennedy
Things change ... that was "insufficient" in the eyes of Trevor Nisbett two weeks ago

Welcome to the clan, Juddy!

IMO, average trade for the Eagles but there's probably not a lot they can do.

Pick 3 is quality, Kennedy was a high pick but there are a lot of doubts surrounding him, and pick 20 is average.

maybe from next year clubs might be able to draft future picks, this would allow a club to draft a future first round pick and provide a fair system

other reports say Kennedy met with Wosha today and Josh is still undecided on a move to WA

If Josh says No, and the Blues miss out on Judd, would Josh want to stay at Carlton, the members and supporters would string him up

Unfair pressure on the Kid

The whole thing is ridiculous. If Carlton can't do a deal, will he walk into the PSD to Richmond?

see the other threads on this too. yes, but Carlton have said they'd pay him $2mill for one year to gazump Richmond.

The Australian states "Carlton will hand over 20-year-old Kennedy and pick 3 and 20 in the pre-season draft for the Eagles captain who quit the club last month to return to Melbourne".

Pre season draft picks, ba bow! National Draft perhaps.

Edit : Carltonfc.com.au states "No change as Judd talks continue" as a headline, 5.34pm 10/10

Not official yet but very likely to happen tomorrow.

Josh has been given the night to sleep on it and decide if he wants to move to WA and play for WCE. I feel for him.

Either way, if he comes to WCE he will be welcomed with open arms.

3 and 20 and JK doesnt make me happy but at least it is something. Probably get Cotchin or Masten.

Because when he wakes up the 'Truth' fairy will have left a bag of non marked, non-sequential bills in a large sack with a dollar sign on it. It is Carlton we are talking about here....

I agree. Hopefully, we don't listen to the recruiting ghosts of the past and go for a recycled dud again!
