And if he doesn't then he goes into the pre season draft where Richmond have the first pick. If Richmond select him his only alternative is to sit out of football.

Pup, in regard to facilities, there are major redevelopments, backed by the Victorian government being done at Princes Pk. The facilities will be used between Carlton, Melbourne Storm, the Victorian Fencing association, and community sports groups. You'd think they'd be OK especially if the Storm are going to use them...

For what it's worth, I'd love Judd to be at Carlton BUT if the deal fell through, I would not be too upset. I can just see that happening and WCE get F/A for him & Richmond pick him up.
Carlton gets pick 1 & 3, plus the best player in the PSD after Judd gets collected by Richmond...still a win for the CFC IMO...
