FWIW I think that Judd going to Carlton is the best result for football in general. Carlton supporters must be salivating at the prospects of their midfield in 2-3 years. Judd, Murphy, Gibbs, Stevens & Carrazzo. Throw in Scotland as well, who is getting on but goes very well still.

Begs the question, will this restrict Carlton down the track in retaining young quality players, for example, will they be able to pay young Gibbs market value couple of years doiwn the track....
It is a lot of $$$$ and it may choke carlton down the track in specific to it's list management
It will make it extremely difficult for Carlton to build a strong list with depth
In the short term. It will be interesting to see how Judd goes without a Gun Ruckman giving him first look at the footy, and without a mature quality midfield sharing the work load
