Evidently 5000 there during the game but has dwindled right down to around 500, was looking forward to a great night stirring, now looks like it will be a dead night, offering hankies and tissues around

Is it better to make the GF and lose by a huge margin or not make it at all?
Will this steel them for assault # 2 or set the young kids back for a few years?
Next year Tredders is 30, Chad is 29, Peter Burgoyne is 30, Lade is 32, Wilbur is 32, Brogan is 30, Wakes is gone. The young kids will need to bounce back quickly if the team is to get itself another crack before some of the older guys go.

Up until today Port exceeded all expectations and that counts for something - they did something 14 other teams couldn't
