For all you Geelong Fans!

I have a question for all you Geelong fans (I know that there are 3 or 4 avid Cats fans who post on this site) - who would you prefer to play in the GF in a week and a half?
Port Adelaide or the Kangaroos?

Actually to make it fair, who would you avid Collingwood fans prefer to play as well, should the Pies make it through Friday night's clash?

Either. The GF is this Friday night.
From a personal perspective it would be sweet to beat Port so I'll vote for Port as the team I'd rather play.

Heard on the tv this morning some Geelong players have a clause in their contract requiring a payment of $25,000 if they make the All Australian side this year.

$225,000 could cause some salary cap problems ;)

And here's me thinking that Port supporters couldn't read (the papers).

Don't care who we play. Do care if we don't win it.

I thought that it might have been the case - Geelong/Collingwood supporters would rather their team beat the team that they most hate, rather than the "easier" opposition.

I am a Port supporter and would love to see Port go onto win it - but I wouldn't be disappointed if we lost to Geelong as they would be a deserved winner.

Collingwood on the other hand....

Great odds with the bookies for a Collingwood/ Kangaroos G/F and I reckon it may just happen

lol

i wouldn't mind seeing Geelong vs Port GF.

Geelong deserves it more because they have worked so hard this season but i would love to see a young Port side win it

Its a point of interest, maybe off topic, but could be significant for the Cats in the off season, i'll check with you for permission to post anything in the future though.

depends on which way you look at it

I think the if we play the kanga's it will be a lot closer this time around then it was in the qualifying final

If we play port then the margin will be close to 100pts

I'd like a Port & Collingwood GF:
1. To get up the noses of the Victorian media who have set up Geelong as the "great white hope" for a Melbourne based victory all through the season.
2. Because the fight over who gets to wear which outfit will be the most interesting part of it all!
