Person complaining on ABC radio because Roo and Neil Craig didn't appear at the Crows supporters function after Saturday's game.
Apparently, they were too disappointed to be there.
I reckon this complaint is a little precious - thoughts anyone?

I think the whole lot is precious. The supporter calling for finding something to whinge about (anything will do for some people). Roo and Craig by not presenting themselves (if that was indeed the reason given) to their supporters, most of whom had travelled from Adelaide to support them.

Craig rarely turns up to post match functions in Victoria, and usually only 5 or 6 players do. My advice to the caller is build a bridge!

Who cares? Being at the game I was too shattered to care about anything so I left a minute after the siren sounded.

I would've thought so...bit it dominated discussion on ABC's Soapbox this morning. And most people were saying Roo and Craig should've been there.
Some even condemned them for being available for an interview and having a few drinks at the Alma y'day.

At football clubs, players and coaches head back to "the club" for a drink with members and supporters. It's a time honoured tradition and I would hate to think that key personnel don't have the intestinal fortitude to swallow disppointment and participate in the social fabric of the club.

AFL footballers do this all the time though. They do it week in, week out, as the Crows will a few more times before the season's out. It's not like the make a regular habit of not going back though...
