Especially being a Monday morning.

I do feel that they were stitched up though, no matter how messy I've ever got in the city I've never been pulled out of a cab for a drug search.

Only way they get pinched is either an undercover sold it to them or the cabbie saw them with it and radioed in.

It's either been in the purchasing of the goods or someone saw them using it, it's not a random act by some coppers to pull you* out of a taxi and search you.

I reckon they were pissed and someone gave it to them then dobbed them in.

Undercover cops have little interest in who buys it, they'd be more inclined to set traps to find the dealers.

Have they been tested at all?

Surely an AFL player would not be going out in the city knowing they're going to get on the gas and actually carry some coke around, they might have a line before they go out, book a $100 room to go back to for a sniff but to carry it around is top shelf stupidity.

They'd certainly be target tested now.

Reports that the police watched them buy the gear on CCTV & simply sent a squad car down to arrest them.

LOL, so they probably never got to have any then? Benny Hill sort of stuff although it could've saved them a strike.

From what I heard possession gets you a strike anyway
I'd give them two strikes for stupidity.

From #BreakingAtEight on
@1395FIVEaa
, the reason police were so quick to nab Tyson Stengle and Brad Crouch with an alleged illegal substance is because they watched the deal go down in real time on #Adelaide's cctv network and swooped.

Im trying to work out why the Crows wouldn't have him on year by year contracts considering his stuff up earlier in 2020.

Im guessing they were kerb side and still hadn't left for their destination as yet.

As mentioned earlier the police are normally more interested in the dealer.

Have to agree, there are more cameras in the city than you would find covering the Olympics

Far as Stengle goes onder if the Crows will give him one more chance then strike 3 and your out, with his form you can guarantee that would happen before pre season
