Really happy with Plowman to date and even though the group isn't the most talented going around we are having a dip and look like we are enjoying our footy.

Bring on the Bombers and Port in the next two weeks.

If you can't beat us you may aswell toss it in now

One down and one more to go.
Oh how good will it be to beat the Power!

Probably should worry about Collingwood first. Half a chance against them.

A chance for both

Yeh....no. :-)

I would've been confident if Weitering, Cripps and to a lesser extent Curnow was in the side but I can't see us sneaking past Collingwood or Port. Fingers crossed I'm wrong.

Why will we beat Collingwood? What is it about the pies that will be too much to handle?

Besides their captain who else is a threat

Biggest threat is they kick around 12 goals per week and you blokes only get 9. Weitering is missing and they've got talls forward, if they get 50 plus I50's you won't hold them to 7 or 8 goals and win.

Big chance if you hit'em hard early.

Have to make the most of Kruzers hit outs. If you can use tbat advantage then you will get up. But if Port matches you in the middle it could be trouble. Massive game for Kruzer, Cripps and Murphy in the middle.

Must admit I enjoy watching Casboult play. I know his kicking is a lottery but he has a pure set of mitts when he's going, and his aerial contests are a throwback to yesteryear

It's hard to knock a player that has a genuine crack every week regardless of skill level.

Would be one of the games best forwards if he can get his kicking to at least an average level though.

Has a crack when the ball is in the air.
Watch his efforts when the ball hits the ground though. Becomes non competitive.

Despite the hoodoo around three games in a row at the Dome, I still think we're rightly underdogs. Without a ruckman and possibly without Rowe down back or forward, I can't see us holding their defence, nor scoring enough up forward.

I really think the Roos are 3 years ahead of us in progress, both offensively and defensively.

It'd be nice!
But I don't reckon a side without a ruckman can beat North this year.
They're tall up forward, so I don't know where Rowe fits in this week either.
Is Weitering back this week?

We've just gotta keep playing with grunt and purpose and see where it lands us (hopefully in front!)

We need all 21 players playing their best footy and relying on teams to have an off night to be honest.
I thought 3-4 wins for the whole year would have been a pass mark this year so anything from here is a bonus.

Absolutely! I was stoked to win 1, let alone 4.

Expecting the Roos to roll the Blues handsomely this weekend .. No slight on Carlton, they'll be undermanned and it's harder for them to cover with where their list is at, than many other clubs. Think Scott wouldn't have been too impressed with what the Roos dished up last weekend either.

the roos are certainly the top undefeated side with far more many agraders in their side... not that i couldnt name many but there must be a few?

the carlton boys are expelling high endeavour to work hard and continue to work hard throughout every minute of the game and with 4 wins under their belt they are footballers who come with belief, despite beating the very very lowly likes such as port :D

did they saints expose a weakness in the roos, or were the roos just lazy.

nonetheless north will wanna be switched on this week the blues are not that flaking ailing dead fish theyve been known to be, and could get quite as close as saints did
