No one on here believed me when I said we were a lock for bottom 4.
I got that wrong, we won’t win a game this year

We believed you.

Big positive for Port, Lukosius probably played his best game for them, kicked goals and looked fit.

Hopefully he stays that way

How would you rate the Bombers' effort today Jim? Did they show enough ticker?

Nowhere near it and as I always bang on about, it’s the same old bunch of so called senior players and those with leadership roles that let us down.
We simply don’t have the cattle and we all know it’s going to be a long year but geez have a go will you.
I’m not letting Brad off lightly either because we clearly have no structure and no game plan and that’s down to him.
We will cop some 100 point beltings this year but really it’s year 2 of this rebuild, keep getting games into the kids and move on the seniors who won’t put in effort.

Being at the game today and sitting amongst the parents of the first year players was a real hard watch

Got us next week
Our 9 year winning streak against them ends this week and most probably by 10 goals plus. That gets them to 2-1

Poor loss, but all credit to the Eagles, they exploited some of our weaknesses and played some seriously good footy today.
