Think this is the wake up call the crows needed. They are not as good as they think they are. Must beat Richmond next week now.

As for Rutten, I think it may be time to throw him forward and play Luke Thompson CHB with Talia at Full back. Hopefully the crows draft Joel Tippett next year as he looks like an ideal replacement for Rutten.

North played him well, drag him up the ground and kick over the top of him.

Crows probably short a few through the midfield as well.

This is fantastic, sick of hearing how the Cows would be top of the ladder.
Will still finish top 4 with their soft draw but hopefully puts a dent in their top 2 hopes

Sam Shaw and Brodie Martin will go back first. Jaensch has been good this year.

Ive been highly impressed with J. Tippett the couple of times I've seen him .. Am a fan of Luke Thompson too, but doesn't appear to have been close to a berth this season, not sure how he's been going in the SANFL??

They look very flat. Think the flu has had big effect. No excuse though as once you cross that white line you are 100% fit.

Crows still very much a work in progress, and I reckon it will be a big ask for them to run the season out .. Thought the move of Petrenko as starting sub was a bit of an odd one today

You also may have noticed that Petrenko was the only Crows player wearing a black arm band...

I think he has been paddling for most of 2011 and now looks to be out paced in 2012. I would have dearly loved a Rutten in Ports back half over the last 4 years, a very good full back he has been.

Certainly didnt help with him missing most of the pre-season.
