No doubt.
Now that he's admitted he's got a problem, can we start telling the stories we've heard? ;)

If I was a journalist I'd be offering $$$$ to a certain family who had a their vacation ruined by the the King at the Stamford Grand a few years back.

They signed a stat dec and everything.

Would be a great front page article. Despite the crows denial of any such incident. I wonder who was lying   .

That sort of misleading of the public use to be labelled propaganda didnt it ???

Poor choice of abbreviation considering the topic.

With all this madness that has happened in his life over the last few years he had no choice but to spill his guts on what was really happening and why . The King would be extremely embarressed with his actions but the reality is he isn't the first and certainately won't be the last to have messed up .

I just hope he can still be inducted into the hall of fame like he deserves to make legend status . He and Russell Ebert are the best two players i have ever seen .
What i dont know about football isnt worth knowing .

If he was embarrassed by his actions, he would have pulled his head in ages ago. This is not a new thing.

I did see both Barry Robran and Russell Ebert play. They both had broader talent than Wayne Carey and I would rate them above him overall.

And it's not easy for a Norwood and Crows supporter to rate a Port player that highly!

I keep reading about how he glassed his girlfriend or "smashed" a glass in her face yet the only cut she had was inside her mouth. Not sure about others but the only times Ive encountered people who have glasses smashed in their face or are "glassed" require a hell of a lot of stiches to their face. Surely the papers aren't sensationalising the story at all?

Sounds like cheek on teeth from a slap across the face to me. Yes, "glassing" usually means extensive external cuts and stitching.

yep i remember reading he slammed the glass/bottle on the table and a big flew up and cut her lip open... hmmm do you reckon that constitutes "glassing" ?? well she's still with him to my knowledge so good on them.. does cut me up (pun intended} when a champion ala yablet, carey etc al publicly displays poor behaviour such as this. lee
