Hird, Harvey, Craig, Thompson....yep, Bomber wouldn't want to be answering to any of them.

Hey, Jim, what did you hear about Thompsons behavior at the Essendon Best & Fairest count? I've heard a couple of things, but it seems as though he was acting up, what have you Hird? ;)

Reports that Little wasn't happy with Thompson not paying his AFL fine before the due date. He feels Bomber has "embarrassed" the club.

Didnt attend this year but after speaking to a few people he carried on like a bit of a goose and appeared under the influence.
There has been rumours of him appearing at training sessions in not great shape either and there were several players who refused to play under him next year.
Dissapointed he has gone but there simply wasnt a role for him

Comedy gold but the fact remains he is refusing to pay the fine so he needs to sort that out before going anywhere in the industry again

Obviously Bomber couldn't live up to the standards that Hird has set at the club ...

Lol
Simply no role for him, was not going to get the top job next year regardless if Hird goes or stays. Has no interest in being an assistant, he was asked of he would consider Craig's job if he moved to Footscray but Bomber turned it down

I would take an under the weather Bomber than Hird anyday of the week

and if LIttle is embarrassed about Bomber and not paying the fine, how does Little feel about Hird???

the club had an opportunity to move forward and it chose not too.

Incorrect.
Neil Craig has 1 year remaining on his contract for a start but Bomber was asked if he would consider the role should Craig head to the Bulldogs, Bomber emphatically stated he had no interest in the role. He has made it quite clear it was either the coaching job or nothing
