Not good enough really.

No, I'm really sure an umpire doing this is an AFL first.
And if you look really closely you can see the trainer slip the umpire a $100 note.
Surely there's North club room footage of the after match celebrations with the umpires in the middle of the whole North team being drenched in powerade whilst singing the song

Only 5 wins left for Port this year i feel. Good effort to get 10 wins, after the break wont be pretty.

Really? I dont think so. You will only be 1,maybe 2 games up at the break. And your run home is very very tough, plus your fitness advantage wont be a strength by then, once other teams catch up.

What I find odd is not actually the incident itself, but the fact that the AFL came out on Monday and made the statement because it looked bad. But what were they really worried about? Yeah the free kick count was interesting, but were they worried about how thos would look?

The AFL are like a political party - they are full of spin, and essentially are most worried about their image.

Very Average today. That bye couldn't come any quicker for Port, blokes looked tired, played with very little spark. Fitness edge wont work anymore, got a feeling teams have caught up.

Tough couple of weeks as well with Carlton and Geelong coming up, then Western Bulldogs at Etihad.

Could be 5-5 and at best you would think 6-4

Interesting that teams Chocco has been involved with haven't lost an AFL game to Port since he got sacked by them.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

2017, 2019 & 2020 PREMIERS
RICHMOND, RICHMOND, RICHMOND.

Let that be a lesson to you Sturt. You don't beat Glenelg 3 times in a row in Grand Finals and get away with it.

Yes I did and IIRC Broadview lost again by 11 goals :D

As for Richmond. They were good, we were off, umpiring was shit and we had a bad day. One out of 7 for a very young is acceptable
