Both of these sides wont get within 5 goals of anyone in the 8

We've been within 5 of all the teams in the 8. Poor statement. Umpiring had no impact cos there were no calls both ways. Cracking game. Stoked we held on. In the 8. C'mon the Saints!!!!!!!!

yeah you can get within 5 goals if teams in the minor round but September is different.

Port defeated geelong at kardinia park in 2007 and then lost the GF by 119 a few weeks later

Wasn't what he was referring to. Anything can happen in September if you're in there.

What a glorious grand final that was too

Yarran shouldn't play forward. Walker and he should be back flank book ends. Betts under done this year. Garlett has been good. They all need to be rotated through the middle

Turbo, shut up.

Please.

Yarran isn't a backman.

Simpson isn't a backman.

Gibbs isn't a backman.

We desperately need backman, and in a hurry, whilst our "premiership window" (as our Saviour states) is open.

You state anything can happen in Sept. Since when has there been a major upset in the final series, where the 8th team (who just snuck in) has beaten anyone, anywhere, any time?

Yet stooofed!!! You're the biggest negative nancy out there. Don't pull your heart muscle. Do not take what I said too literally. Why have an 8 then based on what you say
